Since November 2015, a member of the Nova Scotia Branch of the United Empire Loyalists' Association of Canada has been researching the location of Loyalist graves.

Brian McConnell, UE has prepared an online reference source.

This research is available as virtual cemeteries, many with photographs, organized separately for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Ontario as well as Canada as a whole on the FIND A GRAVE website.

Over 1,100 graves are included so far. It is an ongoing project.
